§1 Data controller

§2 What data we collect

  1. §Via the contact form: your name (or company name), email address, message content and any data you provide voluntarily.
  2. §While browsing the site: anonymous traffic data (Google Analytics) — device type, approximate location, time spent, page views. This data does not allow us to identify you.

§3 Purposes and legal bases

  1. §Replying to your message and handling your inquiry — based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  2. §Traffic analysis (Google Analytics) — based on your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  3. §Performance of a contract if you start working with WebGuys — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  4. §Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

§4 Who we share data with

  1. §Contact form data is used only by the controller and is never sold or shared with third parties.
  2. §Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) under a data processing agreement and with your consent.
  3. §The website is hosted by an external hosting provider (seohost.pl), which processes technical data to keep the site running.

§5 Data retention

  1. §Correspondence data is stored for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and in case of cooperation — for the period required by law (including tax regulations).
  2. §Analytics data is stored for the period indicated in Google Analytics policy (14 months by default).

§6 Your rights (GDPR)

  1. §You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port your data, and to object to processing.
  2. §You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  3. §You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

§7 Cookies and analytics

  1. §For details on cookies and consent management, see the Cookie Policy.
  2. §The site uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 — analytics stays blocked until you consent in the cookie banner.

§8 Data security

  1. §All data is transmitted over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection (HTTPS).
  2. §We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss or destruction.

§9 Final provisions

  1. §This privacy policy may be updated — significant changes will be announced on this page.
  2. §This policy applies from the day of publication on webguys.pl.
