§4 Who we share data with
- §Contact form data is used only by the controller and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- §Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) under a data processing agreement and with your consent.
- §The website is hosted by an external hosting provider (seohost.pl), which processes technical data to keep the site running.
§5 Data retention
- §Correspondence data is stored for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and in case of cooperation — for the period required by law (including tax regulations).
- §Analytics data is stored for the period indicated in Google Analytics policy (14 months by default).
§6 Your rights (GDPR)
- §You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port your data, and to object to processing.
- §You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
