§1 Data controller

§2 What data we collect
- §Via the contact form: your name (or company name), email address, message content and any data you provide voluntarily.
- §While browsing the site: anonymous traffic data (Google Analytics), device type, approximate location, time spent, page views. This data does not allow us to identify you.
§3 Purposes and legal bases
- §Replying to your message and handling your inquiry, based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- §Traffic analysis (Google Analytics), based on your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§4 Who we share data with
- §Contact form data is used only by the controller and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- §Anonymous analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) under a data processing agreement and with your consent.
- §Analytics data (Google Analytics 4) may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, to Google LLC based in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission decision of 10 July 2023 recognizing an adequate level of protection under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Google LLC has joined.
- §If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data (phone number, message content) is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd / Meta Platforms, Inc., acting as a separate, independent data controller, in accordance with the WhatsApp privacy policy.
- §The website is hosted by an external hosting provider (seohost.pl), which processes technical data to keep the site running.
§5 Data retention
- §Correspondence data is stored for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and in case of cooperation, for the period required by law (including tax regulations).
- §Analytics data is stored for the period indicated in Google Analytics policy (14 months by default).
§6 Your rights (GDPR)
- §You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port your data, and to object to processing.
- §You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- §You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland: the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
